Gelato & Soft icecream

The Softly ice cream we developed in cooperation with ice cream machine producers from Italy. The task was to get an ice cream which will in quality be close to the gelato ice cream.

We got a rich, creamy ice cream, with maximum overrun. The recipe for the preparation of ice cream is simpe, as our powder base should be mixed with milk and water and the result is an intensive taste, color and texture.

The participation on the fairs Sigep in Rimini and Host in Milano in Italy and tasting of our Softly ice cream showed that we are at the top level with our quality.

If our Softly bae is put in the professional machine with air pump, the overrun in the ice crem will be over 100 %. In small machines with a spiral and temperature around - 11 C, our Panna ice cream can get around 42% of overrun. This provides better profit, but the intensity of te taste and creamy quality of ice cream are also important.

The softly ice cream can be used in the winter months, as it is creamy, not too cold and it can be used for the preparation of the Affogato desserts.

We had good promotions and sale of Softly ice cream on the ice rinks we organized in Belgrade and Budapest.

The gelato ice cream is under development. We will have it in the next 2015. summer season at thev CoolCoffeeBar in Budapest.

The task is easy preparation and good quality.

Softly ice cream - 80

Soft ice cream - 80 contains a bit less fat and it has a lower overrun capacity both in the professional and in the small machines: 80%. It has a caracterustuc and lasting flavour.
